Plain English, because a privacy policy nobody can read isn't much of a policy. This explains what I collect through this website, why, and what you can ask me to do about it.
Get in touchWhat I collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, an optional phone number, your town, an optional website address, and whatever you tell me about the project. Nothing else is collected about you by this site.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of what was discussed. I do not sell your details, share them with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as there's a live conversation and for up to 24 months afterwards, in case you come back. Records relating to paid work are kept for six years for accounting purposes.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no analytics profiling of individual visitors. If that changes, this page will be updated and you'll be asked before anything non-essential is set.
Your rights
You can ask to see what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email joseph@sepmedia.uk and it will be actioned within 30 days. If you're not happy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
