The capture day
Two to four hours, and almost nothing from you.
I arrive, tidy nothing you'd rather I didn't touch, and scan room by room on a tripod. Most spaces are finished in a morning. You carry on working around me — there's no lighting rig, no cabling, and nobody needs to be in shot.
All I ask is that the space looks how you'd want a visitor to see it, and that someone can unlock the rooms you want included. The finished tour comes back inside a week.

- A survey-grade laser scanner. It measures the building rather than just photographing it, which is what makes the floor plans and dimensions trustworthy enough to hand to a surveyor.

- A fast 360° camera for outdoor approaches, gardens and car parks — the bits that sit between the front gate and the front door.
