Quotes and scope

Work is quoted individually and confirmed in writing before it starts. The quoted price covers the scope described in that proposal. Anything added later is quoted separately and agreed before it's carried out.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included as standard on design work. Further rounds are possible and will be quoted rather than assumed.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any text, images, logos or footage you supply. I keep to agreed timelines where content arrives on time; delays in supplying content move the delivery date accordingly.

Ownership

On final payment, the website, the captured imagery and the delivered files are yours. Domains are registered in your name and logins are handed over. Nothing is withheld to keep you tied in.

Hosting and tours

Website hosting and virtual tour hosting run on a subscription. If a tour subscription lapses, the tour goes offline — this is stated in the proposal before work begins, and renewals are never taken without notice.

Aerial work

Aerial work is flown by a CAA-certified pilot under a held Operational Authorisation and is subject to a pre-flight site assessment. Flights are rescheduled at no cost where weather, airspace or site conditions make them unsafe or unlawful.

Payment and cancellation

Payment terms are set out in each proposal. If a project is cancelled part-way, you're invoiced for the work completed to that point and nothing beyond it.
