A handover session
A walkthrough of how to change your own text, prices and photos, plus the logins in writing. You leave able to run it yourself, and I'm still on the end of the phone when you'd rather not.

What it costs
A fixed number, in writing, before you commit.
Every project is quoted individually, because a five-page site for a joiner and a twenty-page site for a care group are not the same job. After a 20-minute call you get a written proposal within two working days with the scope and the price on it. That number doesn't move unless you ask for something that isn't on the list — and if you do, you'll be told what it costs before any work happens.
Work is booked with a 50% deposit paid before the build starts, with the balance due at launch. No day rates that quietly stretch, and the annual renewal price is stated in the original quote so nothing goes up without you being told first.
